Knowing the Language Helps You Play Smarter

Unfamiliar words slow you down — and in a fast-moving lobby, that friction costs you. When you know what house edge means, you can compare a slot from Pragmatic Play against a live table game like Dragon Tiger and decide which suits your session. When you understand rollover, a promo offer stops being confusing and starts making sense. Account terms like KYC

explain why we ask for ID before your first withdrawal, and payment terms clarify how a Nagad or Rocket transfer moves through the system. This glossary keeps definitions short and practical — no jargon layered on top of more jargon.

Foundational Casino and Betting Terms

These are the terms you will see most often across slots, live tables and sportsbook markets on 1771bet. Each definition below is kept short so you can scan and move on.

RTP stands for Return to Player. It shows the percentage of total wagers a game is designed to pay back over many rounds. We display RTP only where the provider makes it available.

House edge is the mathematical advantage a game holds over the player long-term. A lower house edge means the game returns more to players on average — live baccarat typically carries a lower edge than many slots.

Volatility describes how a slot pays out — high volatility means fewer wins but larger amounts when they hit; low volatility means smaller, more frequent wins. Gates of Olympus from Pragmatic Play is a well-known high-volatility example.

A wager or turnover requirement is the number of times you must play through a bonus amount before any winnings from it can be withdrawn. It applies to promo credits, not your own deposited funds.

A jackpot is the highest prize pool a slot or game feature can pay. Some slots build a cumulative prize pool across all players; others offer a fixed top prize shown in the game's paytable.

A live dealer is a real person hosting a table game — such as Dragon Tiger, Baccarat or Roulette — via a video stream. Evolution and Pragmatic Play both supply live dealer studios to the 1771bet lobby.

Odds, Payment and Account Terms Defined

These terms come up across the sportsbook, the cashier and your account settings. If a word in a deposit screen or a cricket market caption stopped you, the answer is likely below.

Asian handicap removes the draw result and assigns a goal or points advantage to the weaker side. It narrows your bet to two outcomes, which is why it is popular in football and cricket markets.

Over/under, also called totals, is a bet on whether a combined score or stat — runs in a BPL match, for example — will finish above or below a line the market sets.

Rollover is the same as turnover — the amount you need to wager before bonus-linked winnings become withdrawable. Always check the multiplier and which games count toward it before opting in.

An e-wallet is a mobile payment account you already hold — bKash, Nagad or Rocket. In the 1771bet cashier, selecting one of these routes your deposit or withdrawal directly through that wallet, no bank card needed.

KYC stands for Know Your Customer. It is the identity check we run before approving your first withdrawal. You will be asked to submit a valid ID document so we can verify the account matches the wallet owner.

A withdrawal limit is the minimum or maximum amount you can request in a single transaction or within a set period. Exact figures are shown in your cashier screen at the time of the request.

How These Terms Apply Inside 1771bet

Definitions are one thing — seeing how they work in the actual lobby is another. These questions cover how the terms above connect to real actions on your 1771bet account.

Open the slot — for example, Mahjong Ways or Sweet Bonanza — and look for an info or paytable button inside the game. RTP appears there when the provider includes it; we do not add or change that figure.

When you submit a withdrawal to your bKash wallet for the first time, the system flags the account for KYC review. Upload your valid ID through the verification screen in your account settings to clear the hold.

Rollover only applies to promo credits added to your account — not to your own Nagad or Rocket deposits. Your deposited balance is always withdrawable once standard verification is complete.

In cricket, Asian handicap lines typically apply to runs or wickets. The market adjusts the stronger team's line so both sides carry roughly equal weight — your sportsbook screen shows the exact handicap before you confirm the bet.

Eligible bets are listed in the specific promo terms. Generally, real-money rounds on qualifying slots or table games count — but the promo screen shows which games are included so you can plan your session accordingly.

Live tables from Evolution and Pragmatic Play stream directly in your mobile browser — no separate app needed. If you start a Dragon Tiger session on your phone, you can continue the same session when you switch to desktop without losing your seat.
